We are hiring! Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Digital Present, you will play a crucial role in nurturing leads generated from our outbound channels and guiding them through the sales process, with a particular emphasis on the closing stage. In addition to managing and nurturing leads, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to oversee the end-to-end sales process and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the CEO to develop and refine sales strategies, approaches, objectives, and targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation platforms.
  • Taking leads generated from outbound channels and serving as the key employee responsible for leading the entire sales process from prospect to client, with accountability for closing deals effectively.
  • Conducting discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Creating and presenting tailored collaterals such as offers or audits to prospects.
  • Nurturing relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-ups to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Developing and implementing personalized outreach strategies alongside our outbound campaigns.
  • Successfully discovering, creating, and managing profiles on lead generation platforms to optimize lead generation efforts and strategic positioning.
  • Monitoring the full outbound process and campaigns, optimizing strategies as needed.
  • Collaborating with the COO to manage expectations and effectively communicate our capabilities to potential clients.
  • Setting and achieving targets for new client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven international experience in sales, in the IT or SaaS industry.
  • Excellent spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in managing and nurturing leads through the sales process, with a proven ability to effectively close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing leads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
